Breakfast is something very special, after all, a good start to the day decides everything else, right? That's why we at ECKERTS Restaurant make our own fruit spreads in 8 unique varieties, e.g. raspberry-balsamic, apple-almond, plum-cinnamon or sour cherry-chocolate.
The organic bakery Postler from Bamberg bakes our rolls for us and our eggs are delivered to us by the poultry farm Carl im Itzgrund, which lays its delicious organic eggs according to the brother hen principle.
