Our specialty coffees come from Machhörndl Kaffee roastery in Nuremberg. At Machhörndl, the aim is not to produce coffee that always tastes exactly the same. Instead, they focus on diversity and complexity and are constantly looking for exciting coffees from around the world. Growing conditions, varieties, and processing methods all play a key role. To preserve the quality and full flavor potential of these coffees, they are gently and lightly roasted in a drum roaster. This commitment to quality also means a strong focus on sustainability and fairness, even without relying on various labels and certifications.

Roasting in Nuremberg since 2008 and our reliable coffee supplier since 2012: the Machhörndl speciality coffee roastery.
